These General Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy regulate the use of the website www.backtureorganics.com (hereinafter "the Website"), property of Backture S.L., hereinafter THE COMPANY.
Through its site www.backtureorganics.com, THE COMPANY provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Due to the content and purpose of the Website, people who want to benefit from its services must have the status of "Client", following the steps that THE COMPANY communicates via email. The status of Client implies adherence to the Conditions of Use of the version published at the time the Website is accessed.
In any case, there are pages of the Website accessible to natural or legal persons who do not register or initiate a product purchase (hereinafter, "Users"). In this sense, Users who access these parts of the Website agree to be subject to the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions, to the extent that this may be applicable to them.
THE COMPANY wants to let its Clients and Users know that it is aimed exclusively at an audience over 16 years of age. THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client on the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer indicating an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
The information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos related to them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the COMPANY website, are displayed on www.backtureorganics.com for guidance purposes.
PRICES
All product prices indicated on the website include VAT and other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include the costs corresponding to the shipping of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.
DISCOUNT CODES
All discount codes, promotions, gifts offered with a CODE on this website are NOT compatible with each other.
AVAILABILITY
THE COMPANY informs the Client that the number of units available is kept updated with stock in warehouse and availability by our suppliers. In no case will THE COMPANY intentionally put on sale more units than it has or the supplier has reserved for it.
THE COMPANY will do everything possible to please all its Customers in the demand for the products. However, sometimes, and due to causes that are difficult to control by THE COMPANY such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally served by the supplier differs from the order placed by THE COMPANY to satisfy the Clients' orders.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the customer wants to return the delivered product, they must follow what is stipulated in the Return section.
PAY
The Customer agrees to pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal at the time the order is placed. The rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs will be added to the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Client before formalizing the purchase itself.
The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed at www.backtureorganics.com in the "My account", "Orders" section.
The Customer chooses cash on delivery payment and must pay the amount corresponding to his order at the time the order is delivered by the carrier.
SECURITY
THE COMPANY has the maximum security measures commercially available in the sector.
FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, THE COMPANY will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
THE COMPANY will accept order cancellations when requested before shipment. To cancel you must write an email to hello@backtureorganics.com
DEADLINES, DELIVERY PLACE AND LOSSES
PRODUCT DELIVERY
THE COMPANY undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client on the order form. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer indicating an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
THE COMPANY will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
THE COMPANY informs the Customer that it is possible for the same order to be divided into several deliveries.
DELIVERY TERM
We will send shipments through a courier company. THE COMPANY's usual delivery time usually ranges between 24 and 72 business hours, from the completion of the order.
These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, THE COMPANY will inform its customers as soon as it becomes aware of them.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which THE transport COMPANY makes the product available to the Client, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable TO THE COMPANY, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in the Returns section. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the Client by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Client.
For Spain (peninsula) and the Balearic Islands, standard shipping costs will be free.
Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.
For security reasons, THE COMPANY will not send any order to post office boxes, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
III. DELIVERY DATA, DELIVERIES NOT MADE AND LOSS
If the Client is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. THE COMPANY contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, to carry out a series of monitoring actions, aimed at guaranteeing that delivery occurs.
If after 7 business days after the order has been dispatched for delivery, delivery has not been arranged, the Customer must contact THE COMPANY. If the Client does not do so, after 10 business days from the order's departure for delivery, it will be returned to our warehouses and the Client must be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the merchandise to its origin, as well as the possible associated management costs.
If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks.
DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY
The Client must check the good condition of the package with the carrier who, on behalf of THE COMPANY, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as a blow, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, or lack of any product, the Client undertakes to notify THE COMPANY via email. in the shortest period of time possible, within 24 hours of delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be attended to.
