Shipments
We provide free shipping for all orders in Spain (including Balearic Islands).
If you order it from other parts of the world:
- Shipping to the European Union €11.90 / free from €70
- Shipping to the UK and Switzerland €19.90 / free from €150
- Shipping to the US and Canada €22 / free from €150
- Shipping to the Canary Islands, contact us
All shipments are made from Monday to Friday (working days). Orders placed on the weekend will ship starting the following Monday.
Returns
At Backture Organics, we have unwavering confidence in our products, reflected in our hassle-free return policy. We gladly accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. However, in the interest of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Rest assured, if your merchandise arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll gladly process a refund for you. Simply reach out to us at hello@backtureorganics.com, and our team will guide you through the return process.
