About shipping

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipments are free to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

I live in another country, can I place an order?

Of course. We love to travel the world.

- Shipping to the Canary Islands €9.90 / free from €90.

- Shipping to the European Union €11.90 / free from €150

- Shipping to the UK and Switzerland €19.90 / free from €150

- Shipping to the US, Canada and Iceland €22.90 / free from €150

What shipping method do you use? What is the deadline?

We work with the Post Office. Your lifelong postman or wallet is the one who is in charge of taking our packages to your house.

We work with the delivery service 3 - 5 days.

And if you need to have it sooner, you can opt for express shipping 1-2 days by paying €5.90.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

Yes, the shipping cost is €9.90 and if you spend more than €90 you get free.

What happens if I am not at the shipping address when the package arrives?

If you are not at home or at the address you have indicated when the package is delivered to you, the Post Office staff will try again the next day.

If you do not agree either, they will leave the withdrawal notice in the mailbox so that you can pick up your shipment at the nearest office.

Who does not have a Post Office nearby? Its network of offices and collection points is extensive, so you will have no problem finding one that is close at hand to pick up your order when it suits you best.

Can I track the order?

Yes, as soon as we deliver your order, you will receive an email to notify you that it is on its way.


In this email you will find a tracking number so that through the Correos website you will know at all times where your shipment is.

Collection points

If you don't stop much at home, the collection points are a great option for you. Thus, you avoid being pending.

You just have to enter your postal code on the Post Office page, find the point that suits you best and tell us when you make your purchase.

Remember that you have a week to pick it up. If after 7 days you have not gone through there, Correos returns the package to us and sending it again has an additional cost of €8 that you must pay so that we can resend it to you.

About orders

How I can pay?

By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Choose the option you prefer at the end of your purchase.

Can I return my order?

Surely you understand that for reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns.

We only accept reimbursement in the event that the merchandise arrives defective or if the ordered products do not correspond to those received.

I have placed an order, but I do not receive the confirmation email...

I want to change the shipping address

Yes, but do it as soon as possible to avoid that your package is already on its way.

It is easy. You can manage it in the "follow your shipment" section of the Correos website. Remember to have on hand the tracking number that we have provided you in the email.

Is it safe to buy on Backture?

Yes. We only use reliable payment methods such as Paypal credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

I have received a wrong or defective product, how do we manage it?

It's true. None of us are formulation experts, for this reason, we have surrounded ourselves with a team with a long professional career in the field of cosmetics that advises and accompanies us on this adventure.


In addition, the laboratory with which we work is specialized in natural cosmetics and manufactures with strict requirements to guarantee that its product is 100% natural and sustainable.

We assure you that all the products we sell are the same ones that we use ourselves as a care routine. Is there a better guarantee than this?


And believe us, when we tell you that when it comes to cosmetics, we are both extremely demanding.

That's why our formulas are made with ONLY the purest and most natural ingredients. Even if that means a higher raw material price and therefore our lower profit margin.

Where are the products made?

We are happy to have found a specialized cosmetic laboratory that produces on a small scale and guarantees the freshness of the products.

It is in the province of Toledo, in a rural area. We love betting on small businesses and the local and national economy.

Is Backture cruelty free?

Of course. It could not be otherwise.

We adore animals and do everything we can to preserve their freedom and integrity.

Backture is totally cruelty free. We do not test on animals and none of our formulas contain any derivative of animal origin.

* In case you didn't know, on March 11, 2013, the total ban on marketing or selling cosmetics in the EU where the finished product or ingredients have been tested on animals came into force.

Where and how do I store my Backture products?

In your bathroom, quietly. You just have to be a little careful so that they do not get direct sun.

Take them with you on a trip in your backpack or suitcase. No size exceeds 100 ml, so they can travel with you in your hand luggage on the plane without problem.

Of course, treat them with some delicacy, the glass is sensitive to blows (you already know that).

If you feel like it, although it is not a requirement, keep your products in the fridge in summer to feel fresher. You will appreciate it.

Can I recycle the packaging?

Definitely. We thank you very much for doing so, we have expressly chosen it to generate the least possible impact on the environment.

In case you have any questions, we remind you how to recycle:

Deposit the boxes that protect the products in your compost bin (if you have one), in the organic waste bucket or in the blue cardboard and paper container. What suits you best.

They are made with cotton and corn waste, so they are 100% biodegradable and recyclable.

Put the glass containers in the green container.

Place the lids and caps directly in the yellow container, the one for plastic waste or packaging.

Deposit the rest of the elements that accompany your order (the shipping box, postcard, cardboard shavings, etc.) in the blue container, intended for cardboard and paper.

Do the products expire?

Yes, all cosmetics expire. Since we do not use chemical preservatives, in the case of our products the expiration margin is slightly less (but their benefits are greater).

Think about how long the cauliflower from the market lasts in the fridge vs the processed cookies from the supermarket. Well that.

Once opened, our formulas have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. This does not mean that they go rancid or that they are harmful to your skin, just that they may lose their effectiveness.

Therefore, we recommend that you use your cosmetics within 6 months of buying them. In any case, if you don't open them, you can go up to 18 months without using them without any problem.
