We make free shipping for all orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands .
If you order it from other parts of the world:
- Shipping to the Canary Islands €9.90 / free from €90.
- Shipping to the European Union €11.90 / free from €150
- Shipping to UK and Switzerland €19.90 / free from €150
- Shipping to the US, Canada and Iceland €22.90 / free from €150
Returns
Surely you understand that for reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns.
We only accept reimbursement in case the merchandise arrives defective, there are breakages or if the requested products do not correspond to those received.
We faithfully believe in our products, which is why we offer you easy returns for unused and undamaged products within a maximum period of up to 14 working days from the delivery date. If you need to make a return, you can contact us at: hello@backtureorganics.com and we will tell you how to do it.
